Calling Americans of all Political Parties to Participate in a Citizens National Convention: To alter our Government under the Declaration of Independence to add amendments to our Constitution through the "Declaration of we the People" and "Mandates of We the People".

The "Declaration of We the People" is the Constitution with the appropriate amendments displayed in red letter for your convenience, and to be ratified by a majority of the Several States Citizens on a Ballot no later than the 12th of January 2026. View the flyer click here

By the power of the Declaration of Independence which is the Organic Law under the US Code of Laws, and National Archives. We the People have the authority to mandate real change in our Government; I hope you agree and join Me in this effort.

Enter this website below and view both documents, below is just a sample of what we can achieve, when united as a Nation of one voice..

 

1. The Treasury of the United States would consist of the IRS, National Reserve separate from the Federal Reserve, and the Mint. The IRS would collect the taxes and deposit it into the National Reserve to build a surplus and send a receipt of the deposit to the Mint who will coin and print the money for the Treasury of the United States not to exceed the interest allowed by law as equity for the People to fund the Government.
    
2. Entitlements would include Social Security, Medicare, Welfare, and Unemployment. All four will collect a tax from employees that will have at least 50% interest applied to it by the Treasury of the United States as equity for the people, not to exceed the interest allowed by law.
    
3. Entitlements;
   Social Security Tax: Will make payments of at least $2,000 a month for retired People and those with disabilities.
   Medicare Tax: Will pay 80% of medical, dental and prescription drug costs for retired People and those with disabilities, with no copay or deductible.
   Welfare Tax: Will pay for food, housing, and financial assistance for medical, dental, and prescription drugs.
   Unemployment Tax: Will pay for those that are in-between a job.
